On 21 June we celebrate Peruvian night which starts at 19.15 with the film 'Song without a Name' followed by a recepcion in Asta Bar sponsoret by the Peruvian embassy in Stockhom.  See more here

June 2021: Latinamerikansk Filmfestival at Cinemateket, Copenhague. On 22 June they show a Peruvian film: We are all Sailors (M.A. Moulet, 2019) where we will serve chicha morena. See more about the event here at the official website for Cinemateket


19 January the Peruvian conductor, Sr. Miguel Harth-Bedoya, will conduct the Copenhagen Filharmonic Orchestra in the Conservatory music hall - see more here


Casa Latinoamericana afholder tre store events i foråret:

27 januar afholdes første "Åbent hus" arrangement - kom og bliv informeret .. tag venner og naboer med for at få en god dag. De fleste organisationer og grupper, som bruger huset vil være repræsenteret.
4 lørdage i februar afholdes den årlige Vinterlatinjazz - 4 koncerter fra Cuba til Argentina. Kom for få en skøn musikalsk oplevelse i latinamerikanske omgivelser. 
I begyndelsen af februar vil Casa Latinoamericana sammen med undervisere tilbyde en række af kurser, som vil løbe over hele foråret.

Guaman Poma’s chronicle is one of the greatest treasures at the Royal Danish Library.The chronicle was written in 1612-15 by the Andes Indian Guaman Poma and is the only source detailing and indigenous Andes view of the Spanish conquest and the disastrous changes that followed in Peru in the decades after. In 2007 the 1,200-page, handwritten report with 400 full-page illustrations was recognised by UNESCO as part of the world’s irreplaceable cultural heritage.

La Junta Directiva de Peruvians In Denmark Federación Cultural invite all Peruvians, Latinos and friends of Peru in Denmark to an evening with theater, music and dance from different regions of Peru and a taste of Quinoa

The will be a tribute to Don Felipe Guamán de Ayala, the author of the famous Primer Gran Cronica de Buen Gobierno which is kept at the Royal Danish Libary with music by Grupo Cultural Los Andes del Peru en Dinamarca.
